Building exchanges energy with the sewage network that runs through the Campus. Thermoactive foundations allow you to exchange this energy with the ground. Thermoactive slabs use this energy for heating and cooling the building.  The integrated system allows  to exchange, store, and manage with great efficiency energy resources of very low cost.

Interaction between the capture and Thermo active storage and geothermal energy, and the extraction of energy from wastewater is solved with e adaptive and dynamic strategies managed by the system of information and control of the building, towards the precise balance that will underlie  efficiency and sustainability.
